State-level downloads
Download an entire US state for offline use — vector tiles, public land data, community places, and campgrounds included.
No signal needed
Once downloaded, every map layer works completely offline. Navigate canyons and forests without any cell service.
Auto-updates
Maps refresh automatically in the background when you're on Wi-Fi so your offline data stays current.

BLM & public land (PAD-US)
Bureau of Land Management, National Forest, State Park, and other public land boundaries color-coded by agency directly on the map.
Forest Service roads (MVUM)
USFS Motor Vehicle Use Map — roads and trails color-coded by vehicle type (passenger, high clearance, ATV, motorcycle).
Hunting unit boundaries
State wildlife agency hunting unit overlays for CO, WY, MT, ID, and UT. Filter by state and species.
Active fire perimeters
Live wildfire perimeter data from NIFC WFIGS. Refreshes every 30 minutes so you always know what's burning.
Wilderness areas
Designated wilderness boundaries from NWPS covering USFS, BLM, NPS, and FWS land across the US.
Recreation.gov sites
Thousands of government campgrounds from the RIDB database with road access info and reservation links.
OHV areas & motorized routes
BLM designated OHV areas and motorized trail network so you know where off-road riding is permitted.
Trails & trailheads
USFS and NPS trail lines with trailhead markers. Tap any trail for name, distance, and surface type.
Cell coverage overlay
T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon 4G LTE + 5G crowd-sourced signal strength so you know where you'll lose service.
Topo contour lines
Hillshade and elevation contour lines (100ft minor, 500ft major) rendered client-side from Terrarium elevation tiles.
Fuel, water & Walmart
Fuel stations, potable water, dump stations, and Walmart locations pulled live from OpenStreetMap.
Community
Share discoveries
Save a campsite or POI and make it public. Other ZoRove users will see it on the map with your photos and notes.
Private places
Keep spots private and they're only ever visible to you. Public places can never be reverted to private.
Photo uploads
Attach up to 5 photos per place. Images are compressed client-side before upload — no huge files, fast loads.
Reviews & ratings
Rate campsites, leave detailed reviews, and mark spots you've stayed at to build a personal trip history.
Place verification
Community members can verify that a place is accurate and conditions match the description.
YouTube linking
Link a YouTube video to any place — great for showing road conditions, camp setups, or scenic context.
GPX & Tracks
GPX export
Export your breadcrumb track or saved route as a standard GPX file compatible with any GPS device or app.
GPX import
Import a GPX file to overlay a planned route or track from another app directly on the ZoRove map.
Save tracks
Save your GPS breadcrumb tracks with a name, color, and distance. View, show/hide, and delete from the My Tracks panel.
